Research indicates that individuals born in May exhibit the lowest susceptibility to illness, whereas those born in October demonstrate the highest vulnerability to health issues.
The risk of disease and the month of birth
A study published in the Journal of the American Medical Informatics Medical Association found that there is a relationship between the month of birth and the risk of developing a variety of diseases. A team from Columbia University identified 55 cases whose frequency is correlated with the date of birth, namely, e.g.: asthma, hypertension and shortness of breath. However, most diseases remain unstudied in this respect, so researchers are also looking to expand their effectiveness in the future and, after extensive experiments, to a global scale. Recent experiments have shown that asthma is the most common occurrence in people born in late July and early August.
