The way of preparing buckwheat cutlets
The process of preparing buckwheat cutlets starts with cooking buckwheat groats. Next, using a fork, we mash the curd. We add an egg and mix it thoroughly. The next ingredients are finely chopped bell pepper and cooked buckwheat groats. Finally, we add 2 tablespoons of flour, also season with salt and pepper, and mix all the ingredients well. On a well-heated, dry teflon pan, we place portions of the mixture and heat it under a lid at medium heat from both sides. It is important to turn the cutlets onto the other side carefully so they don't fall apart. On the ready-made cutlets, we place natural yogurt and dried dill. The meal is ready to serve!
