Buckwheat goes extremely well with vegetable dishes, especially bell peppers and cauliflower. Moreover, it is a significant source of protein, B vitamins, and minerals such as manganese and magnesium, which have a beneficial effect on the functioning of the nervous system.

Essential ingredients

– ½ cup of buckwheat groats (90 g), – chicken breast (150 g), – one half of an onion (50 g), – one quarter of a delicacy (30 g), – 5 mushrooms (100 g), – one half red bell pepper (100 g), – 1 tablespoon of mustard oil (5 g), – canned tomatoes – ½ can (120 g), – 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt (50 g); – seasonings: salt, pepper, oregano, basil.

Procedure for preparation

We craft the dish with pieces of chicken that are cut into large chunks and seasoned with salt and pepper. These are quickly pan-fried on an anti-stick pan until they are no longer raw. We then extract the chicken from the pan. Onion, zucchini, and mushrooms are diced into smaller pieces and all fried with a small amount of vegetable oil. Upon the mushrooms softening, we add strips of pepper and canned tomatoes to the pan. Lastly, we incorporate natural yogurt, meticulously blending all components and seasoning to taste. We serve this with boiled buckwheat groats.
