Plus, the promise of shedding 10 pounds in 40 days - certainly not through fasting. Should we trust such claims or maintain a healthy skepticism?

The Bible's Diet

The author of this nutritional model is the American naturalist Jordan Rubin, who began to look for help with Crohn's disease in the Bible, and by following the Old Testament way of feeding people, he found a solution to the problem, which he presented in his book, The Creator's Diet.

The Bible's diet is based on principles

Of course, the 40 days of the Biblical diet are clearly associated with the time of Jesus' fasting in the wilderness. Most likely, the timing of this diet is to emphasize its biblical nature, while the assumption of the biblical diet itself can be applied much longer. The 40 day period is divided into three stages. The first of these, lasting two weeks, is the phase in which fish, meat and vegetables are best consumed. The diet should also eliminate meat, meat, pasta, pasta and vegetable juices.

The Bible Diet is a product

As mentioned above, all products should be fresh, low-processed and as far as possible organic. The Bible-based diet is effective

Faith in the effectiveness of the diet even the biblical is not always enough to produce the desired results. For example, celiac disease will involve the exclusion of gluten from the second phase of the diet, allergy to milk protein or lactose intolerance associated with the need to eliminate from the diet of dairy products, and Hashimoto with the elimination of sources of goitrogens.
