The manner in which it's prepared
At the outset, we place the oats in a bowl and cover them with boiling water approximately up to the height of the oats. Subsequently, we wait for 5 minutes until the oats soften and add the remaining ingredients: diced peaches, natural yogurt, sunflower seeds, and dried cranberries. The oat-based meal is ready to be eaten!
