Preparation time: 40 minutes Ingredients (for 5 servings): Almond flour – 1/2 cup (60 g), Wheat flour – 1/2 cup (60 g), Milk – 5 tablespoons (50 ml), Eggs – 2 pieces (100 g), Rapeseed oil – 2 tablespoons (20 ml), Dark chocolate – 3 cubes (15 g), Erythritol – 4 tablespoons (40 g), Baking powder – 1 teaspoon (5 g), Salt – a pinch (0.2 g). Preparation1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. 2. In a bowl, combine almond flour, wheat flour, baking powder, erythritol, and salt. 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, oil, and milk. 4. Preheat the oven to 180°C. 2. Pour honey into a pot and heat it slightly. 3. Combine flour and honey. 4. Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. 5. Carefully fold beaten egg whites into the flour mixture. 6. Form about 15 balls from the dough. 7. Flatten each ball slightly and place on a baking tray. 8. Bake the pastries for 15 minutes. 9. Meanwhile, grind erythritol to a powder to make powdered sugar. 10. Remove the pastries from the oven, let them cool slightly and sprinkle with the powdered sugar.
