Many of us have likely encountered the concept of acid-base balance in the human body. Maintaining this balance is closely linked to the blood's ability to regulate pH levels. Acids are continuously generated in body tissues, with their quantity increasing notably during strenuous physical activity. This equilibrium can be sustained through the elimination of excess carbon dioxide via the respiratory system and the excretion of acids and bases by the kidneys.

The basic diet

As mentioned above, the nutritional aspect of acid-base balance is less important to the whole metabolism than the buffer system or the proper functioning of the lungs and kidneys. Nevertheless, by following the right diet, we can contribute to improving the balance to some extent.

Dietary rules products

Unfortunately, in most of the foods that form the basis of our daily diet, acidic ingredients predominate in vegetables, fruits, dairy and dairy products. In fruits and some vegetables mineral ingredients are mainly found in the form of salt and processed meat, poultry, fish, and eggs. To a slightly lesser extent, this also applies to cereal products. So what products should we look for in order to get an adequate amount of basic nutrients?

The basic diet is the menu

In order to maintain the acid-base balance of the body, we should make sure that as many foods as possible are high in sodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium in our daily diet. They are alkaline. It is best to limit foods that contain high amounts of phosphorus, chlorine, and sulfur. These elements exhibit acidifying properties.[2] An example of a diet that is aimed at consuming as many essential products as possible might look like this: breakfast: breakfast mixed with potatoes, cucumbers, coffee with cereal with the formula II.

It's a rule of thumb

One of the few casks to have a basic ingredient.. it's worth adding to our menu.. an interesting idea to diversify our daily diet is to prepare casks in the form of a building.. a recipe for a building out of a cask of lemon.. ingredients (per 1 serving): 50g of dry casks of beef, 100ml of milk (milk or any vegetable), dried dactyl/meal/apple syrup (to give the vegetables a slightly sweeter flavor), cinnamon peels.. a great idea for preparing casks is to be prepared in a building shape.. a prescription for building out a building in the shape of the cask.
