Both red wine and apple cider are valued primarily because of their antioxidant composition. Apple cider contains kemferol, quercetin and catechin, and red wine mainly contains resveratrol, catechins, quercetin, myrcetin. What's behind these complicated names? The antioxidants contained in these alcohols have a positive effect on the functioning of our body, among others. However, they protect us from stroke, heart disease, reduce the risk of Alzheimer's disease, prevent coronary disease; prevent obesity, decrease appetite, and improve tissue metabolism.
