Zucchini, a variety of ordinary pumpkin, was cultivated in Italy, where its name originates. This plant is characterized by its diverse varieties, which differ not only in taste but also in color and shape of the fruit. We have shades of dark green, light green, yellow and even orange varieties at our disposal. The main advantage of zucchini is its excellent flavor, however, it does not lack nutritional value. The fruits of this plant are a plentiful source of amino acids, which are the basic building blocks of proteins in the human body, as well as vitamins such as ascorbic acid, which is responsible for resistance, and mineral components such as phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, iron, zinc, copper, and manganese. Thanks to these properties, zucchini is an excellent component of reduction diets, as its energy value per 100 grams is only 15 kcal.

It's a feathered pasta with a cucumber

Cucumbers, like the cucumbers themselves, have come to us from sunny Italy and have made a good impression on Polish tables. Classical spaghetti is not the only Italian idea for a delicious dinner. The pasta can also be mixed with cucumber and meat. We cut the sugar in half and take the seed nests out of it.

Rice with cucumbers and tomatoes

A similarly successful combination would be to combine the cucumber with rice. For this purpose, we take the sugar and cut it in half and remove the seed nests from it. We sift the onion into a small cube. We fry both products on the glass pan. Then we pour a glass of rice into the risotto pan and fry it for three to four minutes. We add a half glass of fine white wine and cook it until the wine evaporates.

Even with the cucumber

Although chickpeas dominate Italian cuisine, it is also a good choice in other cultures. We can use it as an ingredient in a flavor of Hungarian origin. In a pot of heated oil, we fry 2 sliced onions. When the onions are glazed, we add a slice of sausage (1 pin), we slice 2 peppers into strips and add to the pot. Then we add 2 cans of tomatoes and spices oregano, estragon, pepper, salt and pepper.

Fashionable cucumbers

Cucumbers made of ground beef is a great idea for dinner. It takes a little time to prepare, but the taste is worth the effort. We wash 2 cucumbers and cut them in half, then we cut the middle. We crush a large tomato, pull the skin out of it and cut it into cubes.

Potatoes and cucumbers

The traditional recipe for potato plates can be varied by adding cucumber. All you have to do is slice 1 cucumbe, 2 3 large potatoes, add 2 eggs, 4 5 tablespoons of flour, salt, pepper, and a mixture of spices on the grill. Mix everything thoroughly. We pour a little oil on the heated pan and form the plates, which we mix into the brown color of the sides.

Then we cut the cooked cucumber into strips of 0.5 cm. We put 2 eggs into 200 ml of milk and mix it until the ingredients are mixed together. We add 8 tablespoons of flour, a spoonful of baking powder, a pinch of salt, and 1⁄2 spoon of sweet pepper in the powder. We mix everything until we get a uniform mass. We heat the oil in the pan.

Cucumber cream soup

This nutritious and filling dish can be a lunch ingredient or a light dinner. It's great to satisfy hunger, and it's easy to prepare. We need 1 large cucumber that we cut into strips, first removing the seed nests. We add 1 onion and 2 garlic tooth in strips. All the ingredients are heated in a glass pan. We take 2 medium potatoes, we pick them and cut them in a bone.

Chips of cucumbers

This snack is a great replacement for traditional but not very healthy potato chips. To make it, we need 1 sugar cane, which we wash and cut into thin patches. Then we pour a small amount of oil on each patch and place it on the pan (each patch separately). We put it in a bakery heated to 100°C and bake it for 90 minutes. Before serving the chips we can pour salt or a little sweet pepper into the powder.
