Nattokinase

Natto is a form of soy food, traditionally consumed in Japan. The key to its health benefits is fermentation. It is made by soaking soy, steaming it, and then adding Bacillus subtilis bacteria to it. Its taste and smell does not convince everyone, but its texture resembles sticky, durable, small beans, and its smell is noticeable ammonia. Although it does not make a good first impression, its content should make you want to try it.

Nattokinase is active

One of the reasons why this product does not cause gastrointestinal discomfort is that it is produced during the fermentation process of nattokinase, used for various medicinal purposes. This enzyme has a safer and stronger action than aspirin. It supports normal blood circulation, its viscosity, density and blood pressure, it also helps to maintain normal circulation mechanisms.

Nattokinase is contraindicated, side effects

No adverse effects of nattokinase have been reported, but due to the small number of studies in this area, caution should be exercised when using the supplement and not exceed the amount recommended by the manufacturer. Further studies are also needed to prove the absence of interaction with other medicines. In order to prevent possible bleeding, this specificity should be taken into account primarily by people taking blood thinners such as warfarin. Therefore, before starting supplements, it is advisable to consult a doctor.
