Zapoznaj się z poniższym materiałem, aby poznać jego pełny potencjał oraz praktyczne sposoby wykorzystania!

For the purposes of this Regulation, the following definitions shall apply:

Rydz is one of the oldest plants grown in Poland. It is related to grapefruit and very often you can find it growing wild. It turns out that in the post-war period it was found on most Polish tables. At the time when the popularity of the grape oil, flaxseed was unfortunately put aside.

Barley oil properties

When you look at the composition of essential oil, you can see that only 10% of all the ingredients are saturated fatty acids, so the rest is up to 90% of the desired monounsaturated and polyunsaturate fatty acid (NNKT). It also shows the best ratio of omega-6 to omega-3s. It is therefore a product that enables the proper functioning of the brain and nervous system. Additionally, it supports concentration and also prevents memory problems. What's interesting is that it reduces the likelihood of arthritis, as well as the age of depression, diabetes mellitus or type II diabetes (which can mainly lead to a decrease in dietary levels), and it can even help some newborns.

Rope oil use

The colour of the product varies and depends on the variety of flax used in its production. Usually the oil is golden, red-brown or golden-green in colour. It is characterized by its taste, which is defined as onion, or even nutmeg with a bitter nut and root.

It's oil for your hair

It is also recommended for hair care! It can be applied to the scalp like any other oil for moisturization and regeneration. It is not a suitable method for everyone, however, people with a tendency to baldness or sensitive skin should avoid it. It will be best applied on the ends of the long hair or half of the hair, and then withdrawn after a few minutes.

Olive oil price, where to buy it

An extremely important information is that this oil should be stored in a dry and dark room where the temperature does not exceed 20 oC. The acids present in it are very quickly oxidized and then digested, after which the product becomes unedible. After opening it can be storing for up to 6 months, provided it is in a tight packaging. Unfortunately its price is quite high and it is on average 10 14 cents per 250 ml.
