When we think of sugar, we often get the idea of fine white crystals, but unfortunately it's not a good source of nutrients. This very popular sugar we can find in almost every home is sucrose. Sweets or sugar?

We can't put an equal sign between individual sweets. They differ in calorie content and how they affect the body. The vast majority of sweets are low in calories and have a sweeter taste than sucrose. Among sweets, we can include, for example, acesulfam k, aspartame or sucrine.
