Kefir with seeds: chia and linseed
Preparation steps
Whole flax seeds should be freshly ground.
If you have purchased pre-ground flax seeds, use them already ground.
Mix the kefir with the ground seeds.
Add the chia seeds.
Mix everything together.
Set aside in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
