Stressful meals

This is one way to deal with stressful situations. It consists of eating everything that comes into our hands usually sweet and salty snacks, the amount of which we are unable to determine. Studies show that eating stress can be associated with feelings of rejection or emotional inability, a desire to escape, isolation from the outside world.[1] However, the same study indicates that much more often after this type of escape from a stressful situation, people who are attributed to passivity, immaturity of the blood, lack of determination, uncertainty in these situations, low self-esteem, difficulty in acquiring a negative diet, especially when it comes to eating, are also more likely to be affected by the effects of these strategies.

Weight loss from stress

People with a closed-minded, insecure, self-closed attitude behave quite differently. Very often, as a result of stressful situations, they give up meals feeling so-called stomach lumps. This condition affects their fitness, mood as a consequence (a decrease in endorphins and serotonin) and a worsening condition that can even lead to fainting, heart failure and hospitalization. Prolonged stress can cause a lack of appetite on the nervous system and thus anorexia nervosa.

How to deal with stress?

There are many ways to deal with stress. Here are some of them: physical activity that reduces stress levels and increases endorphins; rewarding yourself for persevering in a stressful situation without taking on old eating habits in a different way; for example, going to a movie with a friend; finding a hobby, things that make you happy and happy; turning sweet and salty snacks into healthy substitutes; baking soda, healthy sweets, fruits; regularly eating foods that provide not only adequate energy, but also increase satisfaction; helping a psychologist or psychotherapist. Stress, although triggered by a specific pattern of eating, should not be taught to degrade our lifestyle.
