Not just the body... take care of mental growth and achieve equilibrium

In contemporary society, among widely disseminated media, the Internet, and even ordinary exchanges of thoughts, the theme of body cleanliness and work, which is closely linked to our physical shell, still prevails... Somewhere amid this ongoing cult of figures sculpted in stone, the necessity of caring for the mind becomes imperceptible.
The body isn't everything
For some good years now, the hierarchy of importance of our leisure activities has been revolving around the body of ordinary mortals who are drifting in the grass, but not enough that we are subjected to various modifications, so we are trying to shape a pattern of emerging personality patterns. Ewa Chodakowska, Rafał Maslak or the Bukowska sisters play the role of bodyguards of the Poles. Their example can motivate ordinary mortal men who drift in the greys, but we're trying to mold the emerging patterns of personalities.
Take care of what's inside of you
You're working, you're tired, and you've been training, exercising, jogging, or any other form of activity. And you think to yourself, 'Why do I care about my mind? Why do I take care of myself in a different way, right?' You don't see the point in spending time on some metaphysical lifting or some nonsensical-looking meditation. Realize that these days the world is running too fast.
How to balance mind and body
Every day we take a shower, sometimes twice a day, we use creams, nutrients, we deplete ourselves, we protect ourselves from the temperature. Applying proper pauses, techniques of regeneration, some slowing down, trying to make ends meet. Are we faced with the overload of English material and constant learning (which often takes place in a session or during the hot working days) we think about clearing our minds? What about the mind? It sounds like a metaphorical guru urging complex changes.
