Reflections on the diet
It is recommended that the diet be light, rich in mild-tasting and spicy foods so as not to stimulate the sensory receptors of the digestive tract and the secretion of gastric juice. The following should be eliminated: strong broths, jellies, carbonated drinks, alcohol, coffee, strong tea, smoked, marinated, fried foods, as well as reducing the amount of acid and spices. The meals should be small in volume so as to not impair the function of the lower gastrointestinal tract.
Reflux recommended and prohibited products
Chocolate, coffee, strong tea, peppermint juice, alcohol, lower-growth relaxants: fat, onions, garlic, porridge, garlands, herbs stimulating the sensory receptors in the digestive tract: citrus fruits and juices, tomatoes and tomato juice, acute spices (except ginger) should be eliminated from the diet.
