Dietary changes are necessary, and herbal teas or medications may provide additional support. Pomegranates, proven effective in reducing LDL, should be included in our diet. Antioxidants are also vital, as they neutralize free radicals and help prevent diseases such as cancer, atherosclerosis, and heart disease.
