Der Jagreis ist eine geschätzte Variante von Kohlenhydraten und seine Beliebtheit auf unseren Tischen wächst stetig. Heute stellen wir Ihnen einen Weg vor, ihn als Ergänzung zu Geflügelfleisch zuzubereiten.
Ingredients of the dish
The following ingredients are required:
- 140 g of chicken meat (1 single fillet),
- 100 g of meat (1 bag),
- 2 tomatoes,
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil,
- a handful of dried cranberries,
- spices: sweet peppers, herbal pepper, thyme, basil, coriander.
The chicken fillet is cut into long strips and seasoned with pepper and thyme.
The tomatoes are sliced or diced and sautéed on a heated pan with a little water until they become semi-liquid.
The cooked kasha is transferred to a separate bowl and the tomatoes, olive oil, dried cranberries, and spices are added.
All ingredients are mixed to form a homogeneous mass.
The prepared meat is seared on a heated grill pan.
The dish is served on a plate, which can be additionally decorated with chopped parsley.
