It is an excellent product for those with curly hair, as it does not weigh it down but only accentuates its curly appearance. It is recommended to apply the oil overnight, spreading it on the tips of the hair. Grape seed oil is one of the most commonly used oils by manufacturers of natural cosmetics, as it is an ideal product for the care of skin and hair. When it comes to its use in the kitchen, rapeseed oil and olive oil are highly recommended, while refined coconut oil can be used for frying. The ratios of omega-3 to omega-6 fatty acids are not balanced, making it an oil that is not beneficial to health.
