Salad with buckwheat, egg and pepper
Preparation steps
I hard-boil the eggs, peel them and cut them into boats.
I cook the groats according to the recipe on the packaging.
Remove the seeds from the pepper and cut into cubes.
Slice cucumbers and olives into half-slices.
I place all the ingredients in a bowl, add olive oil and season with spices to taste.
