Low Carb Sunflower rolls
Preparation steps
Preheat the oven to 160 °C top/bottom heat or 140 °C fan oven.
Put the egg, curd, and salt in a bowl. Mix them together.
Add baking powder, almonds, and coconut flour in portions.
Wait 15 minutes.
Now knead the mixture again and form 8 rolls.
Place these on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 25 minutes.
