Low Carb Chia Yogurt
Preparation steps
In a bowl, mix the yoghurt with 2 tablespoons of erythritol and chia seeds. Pour the mixture into 4 glasses and place in the fridge for 8 - 12 hours.
Wash the berries, put them in a bowl with 3 tablespoons of erythritol and puree finely.
Spread the puree over the yoghurt and serve.
