The oatmeal diet is the rule
The basis of the diet, as the name suggests, is oatmeal. For its preparation, oats are used. It should be noted that they are whole grain oats. The game does not include instant oats, ready-mixes, mussels. This is a favourable condition for our wallets, because unprocessed mountain oats being the most nutritious are also the cheapest. For making oats we use milk with a fat content of not more than 1.5% or natural yogurt.
The oatmeal diet is in phases
The long-term oatmeal diet is divided into 3 phases: Phase I It lasts a week. Each meal consumed during the day is oats. 4 servings are recommended, and the daily calorie intake should not exceed 1200 calories. Phase II It takes a full month. At this stage a small amount of vegetables and fruits can be allowed to be added, not exceeding 100 g. The juice of oats is still the basis of the diet. However, at this stage 3 servings should be eaten throughout the day. Phase III The last phase (2 weeks) is the time to return to the digestive diet.
The oatmeal diet has effects
The basic goal of the diet to lose kilograms with honest adherence to the recommendations will undoubtedly be achieved. The calorie content of a diet is extremely low, as its value fluctuates in the first two phases within the 10001400 kcal range. This is about half of what an adult woman needs. This restriction will allow her to lose a kilogram of body weight per week, and sometimes even more.

Oatmeal diet is the opinion of dietitians
Despite the positive opinion that oatmeal enjoys, a diet based solely on this ingredient is a poor diet. Due to its long duration, a shortage of vitamins and micronutrients, as well as protein and fat, can certainly be ruled out. Although oats contain as many as 7 of the 10 essential amino acids, we are not able to provide the full protein that is necessary for this calorie regulation plan. It is not possible to create an adequate pool of nutrients in the body, so it is necessary to consume them regularly.
