Therefore, during the holiday season, it is worth paying special attention to proper hydration. Instead of colorful and sweet drinks, it is better to choose more natural options such as tea or mineral water. Another good suggestion is a holiday compote from dried fruits, which has a positive effect on the stomach. It is also advisable not to neglect herbal products, which not only improve digestion but also support the functioning of the intestines - which can be very helpful in certain cases. It is also important to supplement the home pharmacy with products such as mint and basil, which can be helpful in fighting overeating.

The holiday season is often associated with relaxation and rest, although it is often accompanied by a great deal of exhausting preparations. Many people believe that since it is a time off from work and school, all activity should be restricted.
