How and from what is falling honey produced?
It is a sticky, sweet secretion that occurs mainly in summer in the form of droplets on the trees, secreted by the muscles and gills that suck the juices from the young buds and leaves. It is most commonly crocodile, oatmeal, pineapple, blueberry, clone, oak, birch, buckwheat, pear, goose. It can be collected in two ways.
The health properties of fall honey
It has anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and anti-bacterial properties and therefore has a good effect on colds and more serious diseases, such as pneumonia, which is recommended during a cold. Honey derived from flavonoids is also used in diseases of the circulatory system and works positively on the heart due to its anti-oxidant properties.
It's the falling honey of the needle
There are two types of fall honey, and the first is falling needle honey, which comes from needle trees, has a milder taste than falling from leafy trees with a slightly nutritious flavor. It has a rather distinctive color, dark, almost black with a greenish or even gray hue.
It's the honey from the leaves
The second species of deciduous honey is leafy honey, which comes from fruit trees and leaf trees. The honey produced from fruit tree takes on a golden yellow color and the smell of flowers, while the honey from leaf tree is characterized by an unpleasant taste. The bright color of honey darkens under the influence of light and oxygen.
What fall honey is used for
Honey, due to its health properties, is widely used in natural medicine. Consumption of honey reduces the toxic effects of coffee, tea, tobacco and alcohol on our bodies. It is also used in Ayurvedic cuisine in the form of honey water, i.e. honey dissolved in aqueous solution, called SOMA. People who lose weight should not renounce the benefits of honey because of its caloric value. In addition, honey is given to miners working in uranium mines because it counteracts the effects of erosion. Although honey is not a medicine, it has a wide range of medicinal properties.
