Essential ingredients
For the cake: half a cup of flour (65 g), one egg (56 g), half a cup of milk (115 g), one teaspoon of rapeseed oil (5 g). For the filling: four cloves of garlic (15 g), feta cheese (100 g), frozen/fresh spinach (150 g), one teaspoon of rapeseed oil (5 g).
The method of production
In the initial phase, we prepare the cake batter by meticulously combining the ingredients to avoid the formation of lumps. We pour small quantities of the batter using a spoon onto a heated dry pan, ensuring the batter spreads evenly. Both sides are cooked. Simultaneously, we work on the filling. In a separate pan, we heat up a small amount of oil and subsequently add the previously boiled and chopped garlic. We sauté it for a brief period until it lightly browns, then add the spinach and wait for the water to evaporate from it. In a bowl, we mash the feta cheese with a fork, add the spinach and garlic, and mix everything thoroughly. Now we can cover the prepared pancakes with the filling and they are ready to serve!
