If we have the opportunity to place the lunch boxes in the refrigerator and our meals contain products that can deteriorate, we can choose a container with a cooling insert that maintains the low temperature of the meals and extends their freshness. In the case of cocktails or juices, it is best to consume them within the first 30 minutes after preparation. In this time period, they have the best taste and have the highest nutritional value. During longer storage of cocktails, the nutrients contained in them undergo an oxidation process, which results in darkening and thickening. A significant loss, including vitamins A and C, is possible. To slow down this process, it is important that there is as little air as possible in the container. It is best to fill the container with the cocktail as much as possible, seal it tightly, and then store it in a cool place without access to sunlight.
