A diet centered around soups provides an effective method for rapid weight loss. It does not necessitate long-term adherence, as it is designed for short-term weight reduction.

The soup diet

Sometimes fruit (except for bananas), vegetables (no starches, e.g. potatoes), milk and brown rice (one day a week) are allowed, and sometimes the diet consists of eating only spring soup (without meat) for a week. However, the diet provides a faster weight loss? The soups themselves do not provide a higher source of calories (as well as vitamins and minerals), so every person who starts eating these types of foods will have a significant dietary deficit.

The soup diet is a menu

Breakfast: potato soup. Lunch: tomato soup, e.g. with brown rice or chickpeas added. Dinner: broccoli soup.. You can also eat one type of soup all day long. It's more monotonous, but you don't have to spend a lot of time in the kitchen.

The soup diet, the recipes

Ingredients: English cabbage 1 st., red pepper 1, carrot 2 st., celery 2, onion 4 st., spices: pepper, chili, 2 laurel leaves, a few English green seeds, cucumber, celery, vegetable cucumbers, water 1⁄2 l. If you want to boil the water slightly, the rest of the vegetables must be boiled in the water, but if you want the water to be soaked in the vegetable, then you can boil all the fresh vegetables in the bones. So the idea of adding celery to the bones depends on the fact that the bones are boiled.
