The manner of its creation
The salad creation process starts with careful washing and crushing of the lettuce (we can also utilize pre-prepared lettuce for immediate consumption). Subsequently, we cut the cottage cheese into small pieces, and the salmon into thin slices, arranging them on the lettuce along with dried tomatoes. We season the entire meal with olive oil. To provide extra carbohydrates, we can add a slice of whole grain bread to our dish.
