Turkey and mushroom ragout

Preparation steps

Add the frozen peas to the meat.

Combine the cream and flour, stir into the ragout, and simmer for about 2 minutes.

Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

Drain the rice in a sieve and let it drain well.

Arrange the turkey ragout and rice on plates.

Serve garnished with lemon slices and parsley.


Tip: If there are no children present, you can refine the sauce with a little white wine or white port.
