Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 200°C.

In the meantime, wash mushrooms, cut into strips.

Peel garlic, cut into strips.

Spread very thinly with butter the bread slices, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and toast in the oven on each side for about 2 minutes. Then remove.

Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic and fry until translucent.

Then add mushrooms and fry mushrooms for about 5 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Spread the mushrooms on the bread, add the grated cheese evenly over the bread slices and bake in the oven until the cheese melts or browns slightly.

Sprinkle the bread with chopped parsley before serving.
