This is a bundle of dishes intended for a diet - meal and its preparation

Season the carrot juice with a little Tabasco and drink it before preparing your meal.

Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces and cook in a pot with the sauerkraut and grapes, cloves, and bay leaves.

Cook the potatoes and add them to the sauerkraut.

Season with pepper and salt, if desired.

Divide the brine into two halves.

Place one half in a saucepan with lemon juice, cinnamon, and a little water and sauté for 2 minutes.


In a second saucepan, bring milk and cocoa powder to a boil and season with vanilla.


Mix the cornstarch with a little water and add it to the cocoa mixture to thicken the mixture.

Pour this cocoa mixture over the brine.
