Salmon with curry rice and salad
Preparation steps
Boil water to cook rice according to the instructions on the package.
In the meantime, preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
Rub the salmon with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper or other favorite spices.
Put the salmon in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
Once the rice is cooked, season it with a little curry, turmeric, and add chopped cashew nuts. Mix well.
Finally, peel the carrots, grate them, mix with the cabbage and season with salt and pepper to taste.
