Salmon pasta
Preparation steps
Cook whole wheat pasta in salted water according to package instructions.
Prepare, wash and cut the leek into rings.
Cook in salted water for 2-3 minutes.
Combine flour and cream.
Bring 50 ml of vegetable stock to a boil, stir in cream, and simmer for 2 minutes.
Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
Dice the salmon fillet and let it simmer in the sauce for about 3 minutes.
Chop 1 sprig of dill and add it to the sauce.
Serve the pasta and leek with the salmon sauce.
