Chop the onion into small cubes.


Sprinkle the turkey breast with paprika, season with salt, and fry in oil on both sides for 3 minutes.


Remove from the pan and cut into strips. Briefly fry the zucchini, mushrooms, and onion in the pan.

Place the lettuce and tomatoes in a bowl. Add the vegetables from the pan, mix, and then add the meat.

Peel the orange and cut it into small pieces. Place the yogurt in a bowl and mix with the orange pieces, vanilla pulp, and lemon juice.
