Peppers stuffed with lentils
Preparation steps
Soak the lentils overnight with bay leaf and allspice.
In a pan, fry the onion with the peeled tomato in oil, add the cooked lentils.
When the filling thickens, mix it with the cooked loose groats.
Fill the peppers with the stuffing and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 10-15 minutes.
