Pasta with chicken, chanterelles and spinach in cream sauce
Preparation steps
Boil the pasta.
Clean the chicken and cut into strips. Season with favorite herbs and fry in oil. When the chicken is almost ready, add chanterelles and spinach. Fry everything until the spinach reduces in volume and the chanterelles release their juice.
Add the cream to the pan and mix well. Season with your favorite herbs and cook for a while. Mix the pasta with the sauce.
