This is a bundle of dishes intended for a diet - meal and its preparation

Before preparing, drink the tomato juice with a little Tabasco.

Cook the rice in salted water until al dente.

Dry-toast the sesame seeds in a pan.

Add the patted-dry, finely chopped mushrooms to the pan, followed by the bamboo shoots and finely chopped onions with a little oil.


Cut the pork into strips or small pieces.

Place the soy sauce in a small bowl and marinate the meat.

Add this to the vegetables in the pan and stir-fry briefly until the meat is cooked.

Season the dish with Asian spices or with salt, pepper, and soy sauce.


Serve with rice.
