Orange Avocado Mousse
Preparation steps
Cut the avocado in half. Remove the pit and scoop out the flesh from one half with a spoon and put it in a bowl.
Halve the orange, squeeze out the juice and add it to the avocado.
Add the erythritol and puree finely with a hand blender.
Put the cream in a bowl and beat it with a hand blender until stiff.
Slowly mix the stiff cream into the avocado orange puree.
