Omelette with peppers
Preparation steps
Wash the pepper and cut into strips (or cubes).
Beat the eggs into a bowl, add the flour, and mix everything together.
Finely chop the mozzarella and add to the egg mixture.
Pour the mixture into a pan heated with oil. Fry on low heat until the omelette sets. Serve with fresh herbs of your choice and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
