Low Carb Strawberry quark
Preparation steps
Wash strawberries and let them drain.
If using frozen strawberries, let them thaw.
Place strawberries, milk, and lemon juice in a bowl and blend them with a hand blender.
Mix the quark with the strawberry puree and serve in a glass.
