Preparation steps

Hard-boil the eggs (approx. 8–9 minutes in salted boiling water), let them cool and peel.

Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.

In a bowl, mash the avocado with a fork and drizzle with lemon juice (to prevent it from darkening).

Choose the hard-boiled eggs and add them to the avocado.

Add the mayonnaise and yogurt, and mix well until creamy.

Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chopped chives.

Sprinkle the bread slices with sunflower seeds and chopped walnuts.
