Egg Omelette with Berries
Preparation steps
Put the eggs in a bowl and beat until frothy. Add the yoghurt, erythritol, almonds and psyllium husks.
Wash the berries of your choice, drain them, and lightly mix them with the dough.
Heat some ghee/butter/olive oil in the pan and make 2 omelettes.
