Chocolate banana omelette
Preparation steps
Chop the chocolate into very small pieces.
Break the eggs into a bowl and mix with the cocoa.
Heat a pan.
Drop a little olive oil and immediately pour the eggs into the pan.
When the omelette is hot, transfer it to a plate and immediately sprinkle with a piece of chocolate. Cut the banana into strips and also place on the omelette.
