Chicken breast with chili and bamboo shoots

Preparation steps

We remove the seeds from the chili pepper and the bell pepper and cut them into thin strips.


Peel the ginger and cut it into small cubes.


Place the bamboo shoots and mung beans in a sieve and let them drain.


Wash the chicken breast under cold water.

We heat coconut oil in a pan and fry the chicken breast until golden brown. Season to taste with salt and pepper while frying.


Then we take the meat out of the pan.

We now fry the chili, peppers and ginger in the same pan. We then add the tomato paste and fry the vegetables briefly.


We now add the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, bamboo shoots and mung beans to these vegetables.


Stir everything together and let it heat up briefly.


Cut the chicken breast into strips and add it to the vegetables so that it heats up again and then serve.
