Baked pasta with pork and vegetables
Preparation steps
Slice the onion into strips.
Dice the zucchini.
Slice the pepper into strips.
Heat a pan, add a little oil and fry the onion first, then add the pepper.
When the pepper is soft, add the zucchini.
The pork should be 1 cm thick.
Cut the meat into thin strips.
Heat a pan, add a little oil and fry the meat.
When the meat is ready, season with salt, pepper, and a little soy sauce.
In the meantime, you can prepare your favorite pasta.
Spaghetti is best for this dish.
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
Now you can bake a portion of pasta in a pan together with the meat and vegetables before serving it on a plate, or serve it separately on a plate.
