Bacon-wrapped avocado slices with garlic coconut dip

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 160°C fan or 180°C top and bottom heat.

Peel the garlic and chop finely.


Put the garlic, erythritol and coconut oil in heat-resistant dishes/bowls and place in the oven for 3 minutes.


After 3 minutes, remove the mixture, let it cool and then mix it with the yoghurt.

Cut the avocado in the middle with a knife and halve it by twisting it. Remove the pit. Halve the 2 halves again to create 4 pieces and peel off the skin.


Season the avocado pieces with the cyano pepper and paprika powder. Now wrap the avocado pieces in the bacon.


Place the avocado on baking paper/baking tray and bake for 10 minutes.


After baking, place the avocado on a kitchen towel and let it drain briefly. Then serve with the garlic coconut dip.
