Preparation steps

Peel the onion and garlic and chop finely.


Wash the mushrooms and cut into 4 pieces.


Wash the peppers and chop finely.

Heat some oil/butter/ghee in a pan and fry the onion in it.


Add the mushrooms and fry until they stop losing water.


Put the mushrooms and onion to the side or remove them from the pan.

Now fry the minced meat until it is crumbly. Add the pepper pieces and garlic. Fry lightly, add the tomato paste and deglaze with the vegetable stock.

Stir the chopped canned tomatoes into the pan and add all the spices.


Add the fresh tomatoes and the processed cheese and simmer for 10 minutes.


Season the soup with salt and pepper.


Wash the basil, pick off the leaves, chop finely and sprinkle the soup with the grated cheese and basil.
