Preparation steps

Wash the Brussels sprouts and cook them in a pot of water until al dente.

Preheat the oven to 200°C fan or 180°C top and bottom heat.

Cut the ham into small cubes and fry lightly in the pan with olive oil/ghee.


Peel the onion, cut into cubes and add to the pan with the ham together with the Brussels sprouts and fry lightly.

In the pan we season to taste with paprika powder, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Place the vegetables in a baking dish and mix in the Cabanossi.

Put the crème fraîche in a bowl.


Mix the egg, salt and pepper and pour this over the vegetables.

Bake for 30 minutes until the cheese is melted and crispy.
