Tortilla with minced meat and cheese

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 160°C fan or 180°C top and bottom heat.

Place a baking tray on a baking sheet and lay out wrapping paper.


Form 2 circles with the cheddar on the paper.


Put this cheese in the oven for 10 minutes.


Then place a wooden spoon/cooking spoon in the middle and turn it over. Wait until the cheese has hardened as it cools.

Heat some ghee/butter/olive oil in the pan and fry the minced meat in it.


Season with salt and pepper.

Wash iceberg lettuce leaves and shake dry.

Cut the avocado in half.


Peel 1 half and cut into strips.

Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.

Put the Greek yoghurt in a bowl and mix with paprika powder, Tabasco, salt and pepper.

Fill the two cheese tacos with the salad, avocado slices, minced meat and tomatoes and garnish with the yoghurt dip.
